I’m Selma Beirne. My career has centered on people — hospitality, event planning, then People & Culture, where I built employee experiences, supported managers, led hiring, and owned the projects that make a workplace actually work.
Beirne Collective brings together my background in People & Culture, events, and bringing people together. Whether I’m supporting a team, planning a gathering, or capturing an important moment, the common thread is the same: helping people feel welcomed, valued, and connected.
